Return and Refund Policy

All retail items purchased from our store can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. The item must be in its original packaging and unused. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days. If the item was damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email to arrange for a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on clearance or final sale items.
